We've seen students go from complete beginners to landing junior developer roles within 8-12 months of finishing our autumn 2025 cohort, while others needed additional practice and portfolio work before feeling job-ready.

We absolutely do not guarantee job placement, specific salaries, or employment outcomes. The tech industry changes rapidly, and while our curriculum stays current with 2025 standards, your success depends on market conditions, your effort level, portfolio quality, and honestly — a bit of timing and luck too.

Some graduates from our January 2025 cohort found positions within 3 months, earning anywhere from ,000 to ,000 CAD annually. Others took 6-9 months to secure their first role. A few decided game development wasn't their path and moved into web development or other tech areas instead.

Platform Usage & Technical Requirements

Our learning platform works best on modern browsers and requires a stable internet connection for video content and live coding sessions. We support Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge — though some advanced WebGL examples might perform better in Chrome.

You'll need access to a computer capable of running development tools. While you can start learning on any laptop, more intensive 3D graphics projects in our advanced winter 2026 courses work better with dedicated graphics cards.

Content Accuracy & Updates

We update our curriculum regularly, but technology moves fast. What we teach reflects current industry practices as of August 2025, though specific frameworks or tools might evolve by the time you complete your program.

Sometimes our instructors share personal opinions about best practices or industry trends. These represent their professional experience but shouldn't be taken as universal truths — there are often multiple valid approaches to solving programming problems.

Community Guidelines

Our Discord server and forum discussions should remain focused on learning and helping each other solve coding challenges. We moderate discussions but can't guarantee the accuracy of peer advice or student-generated content.

Legal Compliance & Data Protection

We comply with Canadian privacy legislation and GDPR requirements for our European students. Your personal information helps us provide educational services and track learning progress, but we don't share student data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Course recordings and project submissions remain your intellectual property, though we may showcase exceptional student work (with permission) in marketing materials or portfolios.
