These terms apply to all users, including students, instructors, and visitors to our social casino game development education platform. We may update these terms periodically, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.
Association Budgets provides educational content and training for social casino game development. Our games are entertainment-based learning tools designed to teach programming, game design, and software development skills.
Students learn JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and various game engines through hands-on projects and structured courses. Our autumn 2025 semester begins September 15, 2025, with winter intensive programs starting January 2026.
Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account and enroll in our programs. We don't knowingly collect information from users under 18.
Our educational materials, including course videos, coding exercises, and project templates, are provided for personal learning purposes. Students may use these resources during their enrollment period and for reasonable time afterward for review.
Students who violate academic integrity policies or engage in disruptive behavior may face course removal or account suspension.
All course materials, instructional videos, code examples, and platform design elements remain the intellectual property of Association Budgets. Students receive limited license to use these materials for learning purposes.
Students retain ownership of original code and projects they create during courses. However, we may use anonymized examples of student work for educational demonstrations with proper attribution.
Projects that incorporate our provided templates or significant instructional guidance may be subject to shared usage rights for educational purposes.
Course completion certificates are awarded based on meeting established criteria, including assignment submission, project completion, and participation requirements. These certificates represent educational achievement within our program structure.
Students must complete at least 80% of course materials and submit required projects to earn completion recognition. Extensions may be granted for documented circumstances affecting study ability.
Association Budgets provides educational services "as is" without warranties regarding specific career outcomes, employment results, or income generation. We're committed to delivering quality education but cannot guarantee individual success or specific professional achievements.
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for educational services. We're not responsible for indirect damages, lost opportunities, or career-related outcomes beyond our direct educational provision.
Students understand that career success depends on personal effort, market conditions, continued learning, and factors outside our educational scope.
We collect and process user information in accordance with Canadian privacy laws and our Privacy Policy. Student educational records and personal information are protected according to applicable educational privacy regulations.
Course participation data, including progress tracking and assignment submissions, helps us improve educational delivery and provide personalized learning experiences.
For disputes related to educational services or platform usage, we encourage direct communication with our support team first. Most issues can be resolved through discussion and clarification.
Unresolved disputes will be handled according to Canadian law, with jurisdiction in the province where Association Budgets operates. We prefer mediation and reasonable resolution over formal legal proceedings when possible.
